The KB6LCS repeater is open to all licensed amateur radio operators and is located at 3,000 feet near Dobbins, California. Coverage extends from Stockton in the south to Red Bluff in the north. West to American Canyon and east to Donner Summit.

The repeater consists of a modified GE MVP mobile, ACC-ITC32 controller, Astron RM-35M power supply, Johnson 80 watt amp, and a Celewave BPBR duplexer with four cavities. There is also a 10" Celewave bandpass cavity on the receiver in front of an ARR GaasFet Preamp. The antenna is a Diamond X-50A fed with 1/2" Andrews Heliax.
The repeater is also equipped with a modified Icom 3AT remote base on 220 which is frequency and PL agile. There is also a modified Azden 2000 radios service as a multi-channel remote base on the 2-meter band.
